We visited Eriviat hall to view for a forth coming celebration in January. we were not disappointed, it was out of this world. The attention to detail and thought has certaily gone into making this home warm and welcoming for its guests. I certainly recommend this to you as a venue not to be overlooked. Conrad. What a fantastic place to come and stay. We came to Eriviat Hall Aug 2010 and had a fantastic time. The house is wonderful, the family/owners are really friendly nice people who made us very welcome. Thank you all very much for a truely fantastic weekend.

Good luck with your venture. We as a family spent more than 40 years on the caravan site mentioned previously by another respondent. We can vouch for the peace, tranquility and beautiful environment that is Eriviat Hall. We spent many, many happy days exploring the countryside and the many exhilarating walks that surround the Hall, of playing football, cricket and padder tennis on the field and 'racing' logs on the stream. We often speculated what would become of the Hall once the Challoners - who owned the Hall when the caravan site was there - left, and this would seem to be a fitting project.

My apologies William but as a direct decedent of the Ffoulkes family myself (as you may in fact know Robert is a particularly important forename being the first recorded 'Ffoulkes' death for our family in 1728), I have to dispute your claim. However if you are prepared to provide evidence I am always willing to concede where I have been wrong. Although I must add that I have never been incorrect up to this point. It really is a beautiful house and I have so many happy memories and photographs of our caravan tucked away under the wellingtonian pine tree, when that particular paddock was a caravan site, not so long ago. I wish you lots of luck in your new venture and hope one day to return to Eriviat Hall.

18 of us stayed here to celebrate a 50th Birthday. The house was stunning, the catering organized by the owner was excellent and very reasonable. It was the most perfect weekend. All the rooms were immaculate. Conrad (the owner) could not have been more helpful. I can not praise the place highly enough - book it!!

Thank you so much for a wonderful weekend; Eriviat Hall is absolutely marvellous and we have all had such a perfect weekend.
I have no doubt that many of us will be back (if not all of us for my 40th next year!). I have dropped lots of hints re: Christmas!
We all thought the bedrooms were absolutely perfect - your attention to detail, with the furniture, ornaments the beautiful bedding and the incredibly comfortable beds really made a difference. As I mentioned last weekend, I honestly think pictures of the bedrooms with room numbers on the website would be most helpful. The lounges too were perfect. Everybody also commented on the temperature in the house. It was so lovely and warm! The dining room is stunning and really made the meals memorable. The hot tub was of course the most popular location and a TV in there would definitely mean the men would never help out in the kitchen! Or need to escape to the pub!
Cooking in the amazing kitchen was one of the many highlights of the weekend!
We would categorically have no hesitation in recommending Eriviat Hall to everyone - I cannot wait to return!
It only remains for me to reiterate huge thanks on behalf of us all!

I hired the hall for my friends' stag do. The hall was a great venue to use for this occasion. Everybody had a really great time and they all loved the hall and its facilities.
They easily settled in to its grand interior and found all the facilities on offer, easy to use and of a high standard.
Conrad did a great job of looking after us. He is onsite all the time if you need him but he keeps a respectful distance to allow you to enjoy the hall in its full glory with privacy.
I couldn't have found a better place for that weekend.

"A great bunch of guys, delicious food, hearty drinking, magical musical performances, glorious weather and an unbelievably awesome house with a hot tub."

I would like to thank Conrad for a fabulous hen weekend in Eriviat Hall. Myself and 11 others shared 3 nights in this fabulous home. The comforts in this home is second to none. It is luxurious, grand, warm and welcoming. We did self catering and everything we needed was there to accommodate us. Conrad was close to hand if we needed him, but left us alone to enjoy the weekend. I recommend this house to any body wanting to spend time with friends or family I look forward to coming back in the not to distant future. It was a joy. Thank you once again Conrad you are a star. What a wonderful experience we had at Eriviat Hall, We invited both sides of our family to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were welcomed and greeted by Conrad who gave us a tour and helped us settle in and answered any questions we had. The hall felt warm and welcoming with plenty of space for us all to move around.
