Do you require full payment before arrival?
Yes...Please ask to see contract.
Can we ask guests to pay you individual?
No, sorry, we are not a Hotel. It will be your responsibility to pay Eriviat Hall in full prior to your arrival. It is then your responsibility to allocate rooms for your guests.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
You will be charged, but if we can replace your booking we may refund you. It is highly recommended that you take holiday insurance!
Can we get extra people to sleep in the Hall above your maximum occupancy?
No, 28 is the maximum, local accommodation can be used if you require.
Can we bring our own caterers?
Eriviat Hall is self catering, but please calls us with your requirements.
What happens in the event of an Emergency?
Eriviat Hall is fitted with a full fire alarm system. It is your responsibility to make your guest aware of exit points and extinguishers in the Hall. Emergency numbers will be sent to you prior to your arrival.
Is the House permanently staffed?
No, are staff are on call if you require any assistance or information about the House?
Do we have to pay for fuel?
No...Electric, Heating, gas is included in your stay.
What is provided at the Hall?
Bed Linen, Bath towels, Crockery, Cutlery and basics like tea towels, washing up liquid, washing powder etc.
Do you make the beds etc?
No, If you wish to have additional staff services, bed making, linen change this can be arranged at a additional cost.
Do you have disabled access?
We have down stairs toilets, Living areas larger enough to move around. Bedrooms are all on the first floor vie a flight of stairs. Please call us to discuss your needs.
Can I smoke in the Building?
No, Eriviat Hall is a no smoking building; Smoke Alarms will be set off. Bins are provided outside.
Can I bring my dog?
No, Guide dogs only.
Are cots provided?
Travel cots are available on request prior to your arrival, cot linen is not provided.
Can we have fireworks?
Fireworks are allowed but only through a qualified firework technician?
Why are you not graded?
We believe That Eriviat Hall is Exclusive and far and few between and we do not think this is necessary for our clients if you would like to book an inspection please call us!
